BRITA Purity 600 Steam Filter System With Display
Designed for steam ovens, the BRITA Purity 600 Steam Filter System With Display enables you to improve the taste and aroma of food. It efficiently removes calcium and magnesium ions from water utilising an ion exchanger. In addition, the filter material will bind metals including lead and copper while reducing organic contaminants. You will benefit from 3-stage filtration:
Pre-filtration
Coarse particles are trapped while laminar water distribution ensures optimum use of the downstream filter medium.
Carbonate hardness reduction
The filter medium reduces hardness to minimise limescale deposits. Taste impairing elements in water are removed. The taste of food is enhanced and equipment maintenance is reduced.
Fine filtration
Fine fleece captures any remaining particles.
This advanced system boasts the very latest filtration technology which ensures that all substances that could negatively impact taste and aroma are minimised. The system will also increase flow rate and will also limit pressure loss to improve the efficiency of larger combi steamers and ovens. The cartridges are recyclable.
