You will benefit from three-stage filtration:
Pre-filtration
This stage traps coarse particles while laminar water distribution ensures optimum use of the downstream filter medium.
Carbonate hardness reduction
The filter medium reduces water hardness to reduce limescale deposits. Taste impairing elements in water are removed. The reduction in deposits will reduce maintenance and prolong the life of your equipment.
Fine filtration
Fine fleece captures any remaining particles.
The BRITA Purity 600 Steam Filter System is a highly advanced system featuring the latest technology. It will also deliver increased flow rate and will limit pressure loss to improve the efficiency of larger combi steamers and ovens. The cartridges are recyclable.
